– Sew and Tell Australia do not guarantee any particular results or outcomes due to many variables involved in your sewing projects. Any sewing project you undertake remains entirely your responsibility. It is your decision to sew it with your skills, experience, fabric and equipment.
– Whilst every care is taken, Sew and Tell Australia are not responsible for different interpretations, language meanings and other differences or any other differences in cultural meanings worldwide. There may be different terms used in one country that are different to another country. Sew and Tell Australia is based in Australia and uses Australian English words and may cater to the majority audience at discretionary times, ie. United States of America. You are responsible for translating any particular terms into your own language in the country that you reside in.
– Individual components of our programs are not redeemable, transferable, or interchangeable. Any unused component will expire at the end of the term. This means you cannot transfer your course or program fees to any other participant or student or to another course or event.
– We may be contacted in extenuating circumstances for any changes to your courses or programs, however any variations must be requested in writing and will be considered within fourteen (14) business days. Sew and Tell Australia’s response decision is final.
– Before you participate in our any of our programs, you must assess whether the programs are suitable for you, taking into account your own personal needs, including physical, mental, emotional, skills, experience, available equipment and your financial capacity and determining if you are able to fully commit to the program. We encourage you to seek local professional assistance or contact us with any reasonable further questions, if necessary.
– Sew and Tell Australia cannot be held responsible for the actions or opinions of any other participants during the Programs. Please ensure you only share information you are comfortable with sharing in a group setting and note that some of your information may be shared outside of the group by other participants or subject to the opinions of the other participants, which are not reflective of Sew & Tell Australia.
– Sew and Tell Australia may feature guests, presenters and other speakers, including international guests, for events and Programs, and the views, values, thoughts and opinions of these guests may vary, and are not reflective of the values and beliefs of Sew and Tell Australia. These remain those of the guest who is presenting them.
– We encourage you to read our Frequently Asked Questions (‘FAQ’s’) on our website before you contact us with any of your questions.
– You acknowledge and agree that our courses, expos, programs, and any other educational content are only accessible online and you remain wholly responsible for your own internet access, wifi, data downloads, equipment and any other accessibility issue that may arise. We expressly encourage you to familiarise yourself with your own internet connectivity, device, computer equipment, sewing equipment, their operation manuals, and any other item you may need to participate in our course. We are not responsible for any malfunction of these or your lack of ability to use them, in any way whatsoever.
– Sew and Tell Australia cannot refund you simply because you change your mind, your internet access is limited, or your equipment malfunctions, so please choose carefully before purchasing any of our programs.
– Sew and Tell Australia may experience technical difficulties in presenting a live event, Program or other course, outside of our control, and subsequently may need to rescheduled to an alternate date and time. Sew and Tell Australia will notify you of the rescheduled event or Program, however no refunds will be issued if you cannot attend the rescheduled date and time. If the event or Program cannot be rescheduled by Sew and Tell Australia, a refund may then be offered.
– Whilst we take due care and attention in our teaching content, you acknowledge there are risks, including obvious risks, associated with sewing and you remain entirely responsible for all risks that may arise. You may suffer a serious injury if you do not use your equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and Sew and Tell Australia are not responsible for the way you use your equipment or any injury or loss, including consequential loss, you may suffer as a result.
– We note that sewing includes use of electricity and there are risks associated with it, including death or electric shock, and it is your responsibility to ensure your electrical cables are in a good state of repair and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
